Single Page Animated Sites are typically used as an inexpensive way to publish your contact information and name to the internet.

Animated pages contain flashing images or banners that can fade-in or out, change color and shape, etc.  They do not contain web-forms to fill out.  They may contain simple links to other sites, but they do not link to backend databases, documents, or run shopping cart applications.
